Can I wear contacts if my left eye is damaged?
My left eye was damaged 5 years ago from a firework accident. My left eye is basically blind as I can only see shadows. I want to wear contacts because Of personal reasons…
Please help?
As your left eye only sees shadows, there would be no point putting a prescription lens in that eye, as it would not improve your vision any further. This does not mean that you can not wear contacts, as they will more than likely just correct your right eye with contact lenses. It all really depends on what kind of damage the accident caused to your cornea in your left eye.
